About Ajarn Yui Fruit Carver and Thai Cuisine Teacher
Ajarn Yui has been practising the art of fruit & vegetable carving for 23 years. She has also worked as a chef and restaurant manager as well as teaching both classes and individuals in a variety of countries including Thailand, Japan, Russia and Britain. She is Currently working at Pattaya Cookery School and the world class Dusit Thani College.
She says: "I enjoy my work both teaching food carving and Thai cuisine and I really enjoyed working abroad because I enjoy meeting different people and learning about their culture and food and teaching them them about my Thai culture and food. I also have an MBA Masters Degree and would welcome offers of work abroad"
