Ajarn is a Thai word (อาจารย) meaning teacher.  But it actually means more than teacher.  It carries the idea of 'Master' or Professor. So Ajarn Yui is both a 'Senior teacher'' and Master fruit carver' or Fruit Sculptor may be more accurate. ​
